Cancellation and Booking Policy:

At Colovaria, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, manage our resources effectively, and accommodate the needs of our valued customers, we have implemented the following cancellation and booking policy:

  1. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards your total service cost.

  2. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will result in a refund or credit to your account equivalent to the booking fee.

  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the booking fee.

  4. For appointments booked less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or on the same day, cancellations or rescheduling requests will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

  5. Same-day cancellations or no-shows for appointments booked within the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Please note the following important points regarding our cancellation and booking policy:

  • The booking fee can be paid using the credit card on file or the requested payment method at the time of booking.

  • In the event of repeated cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to request a higher booking fee or prepayment for future appointments.

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.colovaria.co.nz (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Booking Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders/bookings placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Booking Information to:

  • Screen our orders/bookings for potential risk or fraud; and

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
